We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was great and the hotel facilities were excellent. We were delighted to find that it was right next to the tram, convenient for us to explore the city. the hotel was very close to a really good restaurant nearby, great to enjoy delicious meals just a stone's throw away. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations and ensuring that we had a comfortable stay. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel was right next to the tram as we left early in the morning from the nearby Deli station. Lastly, the breakfast provided was superb, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

Friendly staff, unexpectedly good location and facilities, hot rooms in winter, discounted offer on Hop On-Hop Off bus, excellent breakfast with plenty of choice.
